At Pooja Silver, we promise a secure, timely, and transparent delivery experience for every order placed through our online store. This policy details our full shipping process and support—from order confirmation to receipt at your doorstep or showroom.

1. Order Processing

All orders are Processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Time Domestic Shipping

Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen  circumstances.

3. Shipping Partners & Delivery

  • Courier Partners: We dispatch orders via Shipway—India’s leading logistics aggregator—which selects the most reliable couriers for your address, including DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may need additional time.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
  • Signature on Delivery: For security, most parcels require a signature. To authorize another recipient or special instructions, contact us at order time.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We provide COD on select products and pin codes. If eligible, this option appears during checkout, with any extra charges clearly stated.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Most orders enjoy free or minimal shipping. Applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.
  • International Orders: We currently deliver only across India. Any updates for international coverage will be posted on our website.

5. Packaging, Insurance & Quality Checks

  • All Jewellery is packed in tamper-evident, shock-resistant boxes, with quality assurance checks before dispatch.
  • High-value shipments are insured during transit for loss or damage at our discretion.
  • Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If any tampering or damage is detected, refuse the package, inform the courier, and contact us immediately for support.

6. Missed Deliveries & Returns

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel returns to our facility.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated failed deliveries, we will reach out to arrange reshipment—additional charges may apply.
  • If a shipment is marked ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, inform us within 24 hours for prompt investigation and assistance.

7. In-Store Pickup

  • You can opt for in-store pickup at our showrooms. Select this at checkout and wait for our notification before arriving.
  • Please bring a valid photo ID and the order confirmation for collection.

8. Shipping Exceptions & Force Majeure

  • Unexpected events (natural disasters, local disruptions, strikes, or government orders) may cause delivery delays. We will keep you informed and support you in all such cases.

9. Returns and Exchanges After Delivery

  • For any returns due to defects, incorrect items, or other reasons, please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy on the website or enclosed with your order.
  • Initiate returns/exchanges by contacting us within the stipulated time (usually 7 days from delivery) at info@poojasilver.com or +91 99462 60925.
  • Follow issued instructions for packing, return pickup, or in-store return, as specified by our team.
