This is a normal characteristic of genuine silver and is not indicative of a defect; regular cleaning and proper care will help maintain its appearance.
Additionally, Jewellery items with rose gold, gold, or other coloured platings are coated with a thin layer that enhances their aesthetic appeal. However, plating is not a permanent finish: it may gradually fade or wear off due to factors such as exposure to friction, moisture, sweat, cosmetics, perfumes, and chemical products like sunscreens or cleansers. The longevity of plating will vary according to the frequency of wear and individual care habits, and eventual fading is an expected and natural occurrence with such pieces.
Should you receive a piece that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description, you must contact us immediately so we can investigate and arrange for a suitable remedy, whether replacement, repair, or refund. 5. Shipping and Delivery
We process orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment, and shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status. While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery, delays may occur due to events outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Delivery is considered complete when the product is handed over at the shipping address provided. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate; we cannot be responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most unused products in their original condition, with all packaging and certificates included, within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Custom or personalized items, as well as items purchased during sales, are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Please note that returns or refunds are not applicable for silver Jewellery that develops natural oxidization (tarnishing) or for items with plating—such as rose gold or gold—that fade over time. Both silver’s tendency to oxidize and the gradual fading or wearing off of colored platings are expected, natural occurrences. These changes may result from exposure to air, sweat, moisture, cosmetics, chemicals, and regular wear, and are not considered defects or grounds for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or offered as store credit, typically within 7–10 business days. For eligible returns due to defective or incorrect products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. 7. Warranty
Every Pooja Silver Square Jewellery item comes with a one-month warranty against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to inspect the item to determine if the warranty claim is valid. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. Warranty service may require you to ship the item to us, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
